Four teams from Papdale took part in the recent Outdoor Primary Football Competition at Picky.
Two of the teams made it through to the semi-finals with Papdale D losing out to Dounby and Papdale C going one better and making the final where they also lost to Dounby on penalty kicks after a very close game. Well done to all teams for taking part and contributing to a very enjoyable day.
Papdale C were presented with their medals at the Business Meeting by team coaches Erlend Poke and Magnus Rendall.

More Musical Entertainment
On Monday a duo visiting Orkney for the Festival dropped past to entertain our P5-7 classes.
Moshen Amini and Jean Damei entertained the children and even got them on their feet dancing.
All the pictures were snapped by our special correspondent, Jake (P5)

Lyness Visitor Centre
Primary 7 pupils spent a day in Hoy visiting the Lyness Naval Centre and the Naval Cemetry. They have been studying World War Two this term.
A calm and relaxing boat trip to Hoy.
We had some activities to complete while at the cemetery.
An air raid shelter...
We had a trail to follow in the museum.
It was a fantastic day out for everyone involved! Thank you Lyness!
