A surprise visitor ???

We had a surprise visitor this morning who certainly attracted lots of interest before line up.
A frog had wandered onto our netball court and despite trying to tempt him with some grass and a Tuc biscuit the children were unable to tempt them back into the safety of the grass.

Mr MacKinnon came to the rescue to lift them back into their more natural habitat.

Who are these people??

This grass is very hard and a very strange colour!

Much more fun than lining up for school!

On 27th of February over 100 girls from primary schools across Orkney attended a Fun Girls Rugby festival at Papdale. Scottish international rugby players Jade Konkel and Helen Nelson were at the event to meet the girls and help run the event which involved the girls moving round a range of fun game stations where they tried out different rugby skills.
